Role & Scope
Depending on the transaction, Invest Up Solutions LLP may support business development, buyer/seller relationship coordination, preliminary counterparty assessment, commercial documentation, procedure alignment, negotiation coordination, transaction follow-up and commercial mandate representation where formally appointed.
The role of Invest Up Solutions LLP is defined on a transaction-by-transaction basis.
