Michele Rovere brings more than 25 years of entrepreneurial and international business experience to Invest Up Solutions LLP, which he founded to provide a dedicated platform for advisory, business development and cross-border transaction coordination. Over his career he has built relationships and coordinated opportunities across commodities, real estate and corporate advisory, working with entrepreneurs, investors and qualified counterparties across multiple international markets. His approach combines commercial pragmatism with an emphasis on confidentiality, procedural clarity and long-term relationship building — principles that continue to guide the firm’s engagements today. Michele is also the founder of Invest Up Group, the broader business ecosystem within which Invest Up Solutions LLP operates.

Fabrizio Dicembre brings more than 25 years of experience in treasury, finance and corporate banking to Invest Up Solutions LLP, where he leads the firm’s Luxembourg Desk. His background spans liquidity and financial risk management, private equity and real estate, with particular expertise in Luxembourg and European investment structures. At Invest Up Solutions LLP, Fabrizio supports the preliminary structuring and coordination of selected financial and investment opportunities, working alongside appropriately authorised and regulated professionals where required. His experience in international financial coordination strengthens the firm’s ability to support clients and partners across European markets.
